  1. Dinuka ,yes i am agree with you ,most popular way to reduce the absenteeism is that rewarding ,but that leads to control the absenteeism not to reduced the absenteeism percentage

Yes Eranga but for an example if we some rewards to our worker (Such as attendance bonus,we can introduce day care & elder care facilities for htem,school services to their childrens) their most of the difficulties get solved. At the result of this they get satisfact about their job & their absent rate will reduce large amount.

    1. Buddima we cannot depend on rewarding we have to give train & development, encouraging them,we need look after closely our workers

  4. Pubudu when I talk in apparel industry most of factories give our workers attendance bonus,transport facilities to their homes these are little things in rewards .
