If anybody in any organisation absent continuously his or her place maybe replace another employer by the management.Then she or he don't have a proper or suitable job role in that organization then because of that employe get unsatisfaction of her or his job and automatically they turn over.
Dinuka ,as per your article absenteeism leads to turnover , Hope that with long absenteeism its lead to turnover ,so we should treat the absenteeism first ,do you agree ?
Yes Eranga but in this point we have look absenteeism & turnover in same time & treat them same time.Because if multi skill operator another bright case turn over from the factory it will be huge effect to factory.
