    1. Yes.we need create weekly basis report why people are absent.Then need to do some analysis data & need to give effective solutions for that particular reasons.

    1. We need to do PDCA Circles to these methods and need monthly evaluate by reports and compare with previous absenteeism reports of the comapny.
