Yes if people are not satisfy of their jobs salary,work environment,flexible working hours they automatically get unsatisfaction about the job. Then may be can absence .
Actually Ajith I work as subcontrct plants in MAS.Most of them not MAS plants.
In those organisations I see many people absent because working environment not suitable to workers,inflexible working hours, some time their personal matters also
