  2. If people didn't attend to work properly their day to day work cannot mange & finally accurate of the work will not achieve. Then this will be a huge effect to employees performance & KPI.

  3. Dinuka ,as you and i both working industry its a norm that loss of productivity due to absenteeism ,for a solution that why apparel industry use multi skill jumper pool to recover the productivity loss

    1. Yes Eranga i agree with you 100%.Another solution is most of garment factories introduce attendance bonus to their workers to avoid absentisum

      yes both concepts we also apply but absenteeism is nearly 5% to 8%. my idea is too much job tension will be effect the absenteeism & turn over .

    1. If any body absent continuously in her or his organization automatically unable to complete their day to day duty properly.Then the result of this automatically their KPI go down and work performance also go law level.
